Question about green zones

New member he joined a few days ago, found the server by looking around and reading about the community.
I regret my first post is of this nature :\

So far the 3 days Ive been on are VASTLY better than the other servers I played on. This is the first I've actually seen roleplay on beside the usual on other servers of "I RP a serial killer that doesn't talk".

My question is about greenzones and the guidelines about replacements lost in them.

I spent my first 3 days working copper/oil to work my way to a tempest device. I got my new shiny tempest, breaking my bank and feeling good I was moving up.
I park it outside govt building, lock it, not even having it an hour to check the price of a license for a gun to protect myself.
While inside and seeing it was 50k I was discussing with my friend how to get the money, someone picks the lock and drives off..I can see from my key its moving, while asking in chat what I should do a few minutes later get a message its scraped.

I have NO idea who did it, as if I could see the person doing it, I could have locked it again or just ran up and got in. There was 2-3 people when I asked in chat what I should do that witnessed it sitting outside as I went into the building.

Do i make a ticket for that? Can I make a ticket as I didnt see who took it, but it was a green zone? Is it possible to get it replaced, or the money for it?

You need video evidence of it being stolen or someone that saw it who was recording to supply you with a video otherwise there is nothing any admin can do because I could just say "Yeah I just lost 10 mil I have no video evidence though"

If you have some sort of video evidence that your Tempest was in the Greenzone and maybe the message of when it was scrapped, perhaps you could open up a compensation request however it's unlikely it will be excepted unless evidence is given my friend

Well seems I'm a bit out of luck :\

I was in the govt building at the time, so couldn't see to record it. If i was in a place I could see them picking it to record it, I would have just got in it myself and drove off
Normally my friend stays in the truck, but since it was a green zone we assumed locked and parked in the parking lot it was safe for 5 minutes.

Time to spend 3 mores days in my tiny offroad running copper to get 450k back :\

That would be very gracious of you! But only if you can spare it.
Normally I would turn down any charity, but losing my first 3 days of work in such a manner was a bit disheartening to say the least. if I was robbed, or carjacked I wouldn't worry about it, all part of the game.

Well, its fine i got about 4 mil and you get alot as a cop, sad to hear, first thing that happend to me was that i got robbd, so if you see me ingame ill give some money

Normally I wouldn't have read a post like this but I know how it is when you lose a lot of work because of a rule breaker, The OP is well written and not a begging post and my advice is to try to keep eye on your stuff all the time. If you don't get sorted by the other people, hit me up in-game, Tobias Ambers and ill give you some hints and tips about making  some legal money's 

 Also record EVERYTHING, playstv get it, love it, record it...  

Also thinking about it and I hate to say it but if you never heard the guy picking your truck then he must been semi experienced as to have the perks, so many someone who should have known better.

Thanks for all the offers, didn't expect that. But Qetz already helped me out Hes a great guy, Him and his partner (Sorry can't remember his name, we was in the middle of watching a refinery robber get busted and didn't catch his name) even roleplayed out hearing about it in game, it was great.

So far other than the handful of 'ram my truck and shoot me for no reason' situations, really liking the RP and interaction here.
