Question about a bans (not a dispute)

Well my friend got banned once for fail rp and it was his fault and he applied and got unbanned but on his first time back he got banned for vdm even though he wasn't driving the vehicle( he was merely a passenger) can he get unbanned or is it a permanent ban?

All bans are perm. However he can still appeal using the unban appeal form https://www.roleplay.co.uk/forms/2-unban-appeal/

He may be unbanned once again depending on how the appeal goes

He can be unbanned by making an unban appeal. If he has proof that he was not the driver then that may help his chances of being unbanned.
