Question abort exploiting

If a person is caught exploiting, like looking throughar wallet etc and gets at warning. Will the person then have any change of joining the police or paramedics?

Bans do not affect your chances of joining a whitelisted faction, unless you committed said rule break in said faction and they choose to punish you internally aswell.
