Quality of life to Los Santos Customs

Hi, i have now done a massive doodoo by accidentally pressing enter with my fat fingers rather than backspace on armor section in LS Customs, WHILE having no armor selected... One tiny press and basically 250k is gone...

Brief Summary: I know this is a issue caused by myself but i would really like car modifications to stay unlocked after they are bought. Not only is this useful for armor, engine etc. But also Liveries, Colors and the list goes on... 

Detailed Suggestion: What i would like to be implemented is either:

1. If you would be to accidentally select a lower upgrade than what you already have, you would be promted with a "Are you sure" button to expensive upgrades like armor, engine etc. 

2. Make purchased upgrades, colors, liveries, mods etc be unlocked so you could change back and forth without having to buy them again, like in basegame.

The Pros:

For no.1 it would lower the chances of stupid mistakes like mine to be made.

For no.2 it would make it easier to change appearance of a car and check differences from stock to maxed without needing a fully stock car.

The Cons: None as i can think of.

Does this suggestion change balance on the server ?

No, i would not say so.

One thing that would be nice is to have a system where you can cancel customisation without paying much like how changing clothing works

Personally I would prefer to see all vehicle mods carried out by an experienced mechanic (Boss level only), no Boss mechanic in the city no upgrade.  There's plenty of RP to be had with this, which would also reduce the chance of a 'fat finger' press.  This idea will contradict the key cutting suggestion I made, however in my mind there are far more Boss mechanics in the city than G6 especially during 'off peak' times.

I know mate, but you have to try and squeeze in; everyone loves to queue

Maybe have something at the upgrade shops with a similar directory to the Solicitor availability and phone numbers; perhaps only show those that are awake.  Just an idea.
