Quad Bikes Illegal?

I just need to confirm for me and some other people if quad bikes are illegal now?

A post from CSI Fuel said they was made illegal, but at the police meeting it got said it is no longer illegal.

So what's the actual situation with this now?

The police meeting said that quad bikes are legal offroad, and illegal on-road. (atleast thats what I got from it..)

Uhm, quadbikes are legal on-road to? Atleast they are where I live. Why did this happen?

Farmer the handbook is always updated so if you want to make it clear just check the handbook ;)

So its not illegal to drive it on sidewalks ;)

They are legal off road. They can no longer be driven on the highway or roads. This is at the request of the Mayor because they were being utilized by dipshits to troll.

This will revert back to normal once the current Mayor vanquishes his position. Unless the next Mayor wishes to keep this enforced.

Since we are governed under Uk Law in Altis and now you say driving a motor propelled vehicle namely a Quad Bike is now considered 'illegal' and contravening the Road Traffic Act 1988.

The Road Traffic Act 1988 is a UK legislation and as such can only be amended by a Delegated legislation, Delegated legislation can only be done by Parliament .

Last I heard this was removed? Anyway it's just silly, not really realistic...

Quad bikes on Altis are sold by the car dealership and since they can be ANPR'd then that would they mean they are registered and road legal.
Go Karts can be ANPR'd too, doesn't mean they're registered and road legal. Don't start complaining about realism when a mayor brings in a law where quads are illegal to drive on the roads when there is so much more that is so much worse for realism.
