Description of what happened: Was about to take him in so I could send him to jail as he was just constantly driving around running people over and he wouldn't stop the vehicle after asking him multiple times to.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Well he logged off and came back as a different name I believe (Ownisher) and I didn't try resolve it as I apparently he's known to do this before a few times.
