If I may why would you want a house in Kavala? I think the negatives out weight the positives for a house down there unless you have money to waste. @Probability Prophecy

Mainly because i do alot of iron runs and copper, it's my prefered way of making money and kavala is very close to the iron and copper trader, it's just somewhere i can put ingots and also weapons incase people are at the trader.
