Publicise my Web Software on this forum

I currently have a large Project in development and would like to publicise it. It is a Web Software in early development. So it probably is only interesting for the developers under you. But with the time I will update it so that it also has an interface to edit the webpage.

I know that there are thousands of other websites on which I could publicise it. But I would like to do it here because I'm planing to start playing actively in this community (when my appeal gets accepted). That way I could also refer to my thread if I announce this project on other websites and so it would be at the same time some kind of advertisement for this community.

What I basically would like to ask is, if it would be ok to publicise my project in a thread on this forum?

I will also provide a download and provide a link to my public workspace on Google Drive.

The license under which I release my Project will be the DBAD (dbad-license.org) license.

not really sure what the project is or what it does, I am under the impression it is related to the web.

No idea in regards to releasing it here though, as stated above best check with wilco and ciaran, But there may be liability issues for the site owners if they endorse it.
You may find they say no just because it's easier, but you never know.

Yes. You may already know web software like Wordpress, Joomla etc.

My project is also going to be a software similar to them. But it is currently still in early development. That means that allot of people without programming knowledge probably don't really know what to do with it. But I'm going to develop it further and my ambition is to have at the end of 2016 a fully working admin tool and encrypted login features implemented.

I have started over with this project around 7 times because I wanted to improve it in another way. Now I finally want to start releasing it to show what I already have accomplished...

What type of encrypted login are you using?

I didn't implemented it yet. But I'm planing to use asymmetric encryption (RSA) because I already have experience with it.

I know that there are 100s of API's which I could use for encryption. But for myself I want to use a self programmed algorithm, so I know what is inside

But, something which I also want to say that this Web Software is going to be 'modular'. That means that everyone can program they're own Packages* for this web software. So you for example are later on able to use a login-data transfer programmed by somebody else or even yourself.

Packages* => Packages are some kind of components/modules which can be added and removed from this software. Everyone who can program in PHP can develop they're own Packages and publish them to provide more functions/features and other components which can be placed on a page.

Even the whole core Packages can be replaced and everyone is able to write they're own web software based on this Project's framework.

The ambition of this software is (when it is finished) to provide a simple environment for non-experienced users to create they're own webpage and at the same time a strong PHP framework for advanced web projects.

The Framework doesn't contain anything for display or compiling (pages are in XML and compiled by a core package to HTML). The framework is purely only to manage this Package system. Everything else like the compiling of the page, loading of a given page, (later on) user, groups, permission, etc. are only handled by the core packages which are completely replaceable by other packages which (as I already said) everyone is allowed to create.
