Public payphones

Hello there everyone,

Second suggestion of the week would be Public phones around the city should be made functional.

My suggestion is players could pay a fee to use the pay phones around the city, i feel this would be good for roleplay as it wouldnt leak players numbers and would allow them to arrange drug meets, hostage negotiations and so so much more without leaving a trail to their personal devices. Yes CID could still track the payphone however the person using the phone would most likely be away by that point. 

Alot of people selling firearms, ammo drugs etc could also benefit from this!

Whilst again this would be alot of work for our fantastic staff and developer teams it would enhance RP that little bit more

This is already in the server (was part of the landline phone update) however is disabled since I didn't get around to doing the payment part, will look into doing the required changes to enable them when I get a chance.​
