Not possible in Arma... well it is but not without modding the server, For now we can just add images to the TV's

If at all possible to import a video into a script that shows it infront of a TV entity (Which I highly doubt is possible) it would create unneccessary lag/frame drops and would stress the servers unneccessary with recieving the video and sending it out to all players at what, 30 FPS per sec. Only thing that I think would be possible is to put a image infont of the entity which would work just as fine for RP reasons. Good suggestion tho.
