PTO's Do Their Job?

Been waiting a week now. Last Friday i sat in the waiting room for 5 hours and no one turned up. i then today (not the first time) poked about 3/4 PTO'S Which 3 blanked and one replied saying he would get to after this bank rob. over an hour and a half after the rob he's still in teamspeak and still hasnt done the training/interview. Nice Going.

Whoa there, calm down.

Academy members have a lot on their plate and sometimes they simply can't cater to every wake and need of their students or applicants. We are expected to take (P)CSOs out on top of everything.

Personally I have been at school and I have been working. Once I get home tonight I will see if I can do your interview. I work Saturday morning but I can promise it'll be done Saturday evening after the police meeting. (Academy members are usually pushed to go do something after the meeting.) your impatience will be noted in your personnel file.

Just message an academy member , and to be honest some Academy members are working 5-8 straight to get people's interview or module's done , and sometimes they just wanna play.

And dont spam them or just wait in the Recruitment office , and also pick a good time , not at like 10 pm when some have done a whole day of academy work and they just wanna chill or play

Mate you need to calm down first of all. Secondly we are dealing with a lots not just doing modules and interviews. And we are not obligated to do this job we are just volunteers to help people and get things done. But at the end of the day we need some space aswell. Pick reasonable times and message people who are not in game and they will gladly assist you.

I'm personally offended by this, all of our team are pushing hard to get you guys where you want to be. I'm in final year of uni whilst balancing two jobs and yet still find the time to be on Teamspeak available 4+ hours a day. The same goes for everyone else we all have lives but what we certainly aren't doing is ignoring you. A Module 2 absorbs at a minimum 1.5 hours of someone's day, so try and imagine what it's like when you've got 8 people a day wanting to do one, it can be exhausting.

We want to help you bud, you've just got to get us at the right time. For the people who only play at UK night-time then you've only yourselves to blame however there are certain academy members dedicated to the wee hours.

Keep trying but please don't make shitty posts about it because then no one wants to help.
