Basically an icon on the floor outside a store. Probably only available during daylight/business hours. Players would go up to the store and have to stand there and perform some emotes (a bit like what happens with food delivery) and this would be on once a day (game day) cool down to prevent spam. After a period of time they will get a small payout from the store this would be legitimate income as its come from the store.
Effectively they've just paid this business a visit and extorted them for a few quid. It would only be like £200 or so at a time but it would be a way to get police out on the street patrolling looking for this stuff.
At night maybe the icons move to the rear of stores and do a similar thing but this time the person is burgling the store and maybe gets a little bit more money from the safe.
Again it will give people a little money and cops a bit more reason to patrol the city.
To go one place further maybe the tools required for this sort of thing, crowbar and wire cutters for example could be sold at youtool.
