I Think if the house is bigger you got to pay more rent. You pay rent every 30 days and if you dont pay you Will completely lose the house and all the stuff in it and the upgrades.

@Skulduggery66 yes, the house rent it’s pretty cheap, if you play a few hours you will be able to pay for a few months of rent without a problem
