Property Guide?

Is there any guide available, maybe still WIP, doesn't matter, on what you can do with what kind of properties?

I am looking into investing into gang property at the moment, but I don't know what to buy.. A big white barn, a barracks/bankstyle building, a tower.. because I don't know what you can upgrade each of those with.

If anyone could enlighten me? I don't want to sink that much money into buying the wrong building.

Preferably I want to buy a building that allows the following upgrades:

- Gang spawn (does this even exist?)

- Gunshop

- Clothing shop

- Gang storage

- Vehicle spawn (if at all available? preferred is ground vehicle spawn but if they come in a ground/air package, fine too)

Hope someone can answer these questions for me =)

All of the Barracks, Towers and Sheds have these avalible to upgrade

- Vehicle spawn (if at all available? preferred is ground vehicle spawn but if they come in a ground/air package, fine too)

As far as I know Towers have avalibity to spawn a humming bird and sheds have a regular garage, fairly sure barracks can spawn helis upto a hellcat, maybe a mohawk. Once upgraded obvs, don't know the prices sorry, maybe someone else will add them or you can check if you buy a base

Hi Khandamir, I don't believe that there is currently a guide available. However, i can answer these questions for you! Yes, a gang spawn does exist, yes a gunshop does exist, yes a clothing store exists, yes gang storage exists and finally vehicle spawns are also available! However to get these you will need to upgrade your base which does cost money! I am also not quite sure about taking land vehicles out from the bases but i do know that the barracks comes with a helicopter spawn upgrade optionn

I would suggest a barracks myself as it is the most versitile in terms of upgrades.
