Seen a few profiles with music, just wondering if I am able to put up a song for mine or you have to have a certain permission.

You've got the permissions with the Donator role. Go to your profile, click Edit Profile, then enter the string which is after the v= in the YouTube link, as shown here.

You will keep the song on your profile for as long as you have Donator role.
