The United Non Conformist Military Corps does not and will not harm the civilians of Altis. We do not rape, pillage and murder the civilians. It is the criminal gangs on the Island, such as the PLF, LOA, LOV and other unnamed groups who go around and wreak havoc.
Citizens; I ask you this. Would your government chose to work with those who invade their lands, if there was no good reason? The reason is simple. This Island is infested with crime. Criminals run around with MK1's on their back, wearing masks and bulletproof vests. Officers of the Police Force get killed by snipers on the hill for issuing a small ticket. Gas station robberies turn into an hour long shoot out over a 20.000 pound stake. Roadblocks are so common that you just know the market in your town will run out of supplies before the week has past.
All this due to petty crime. All this due to people who only look after their own interest. All this due to criminals and petty thieves.. Murderers and arsonists. And now this orginzation that calls themselves ''The Family'' spreads their filthy propaganda, using the website of the government that they call corrupt, trying to get the poor people of Altis to turn on those who have come to restore the balance.
The UNMC has only ever fought those who showed hostility toward us. The Altis Police, lacking a proper military force to back them up, has decided on a live and let live policy toward our faction. In turn, we lend a helping hand every now and then, but only if it furthers our own goals. No matter what their propaganda tells you: Do not believe for one second that the UNMC and the Police are friends in the true meaning of the word. They are a means to an end. We must ask ourselves constantly: Who is our enemy. Is it the APD, who tries their best to keep the peace, who is constantly fighting against forces better armed, better equipped than themselves? Or is it the uncontrolled groups of criminals who fight everyone and everything? Who take what is not theirs, who commit themselves to illegal activities, kidnappings, murder of innocent traders?
Our answer is clear.
Those who oppose us, those who pry on the weak and the defenceless, those who seek to disrupt our operations, those who seek to only increase their bank balance in order to use those funds against us.. They will ALWAYS be on the wrong side of our guns. No propaganda campaign will ever change this.
To the people of Altis: Look beyond the lies. These are people who have tens, if not hundreds of millions on their bank accounts. They are using you, the poor, and promise you monetary gain for going against us. You need to ask yourselves if it is worth your life to get these riches. We advise you to stick to your legal trade routes and make money in a way that does not have a success to death ratio of about 1 to 400.

Hello, My name is Jimmy Mathews.
I have been asked to come here and give my statement, at first I was scared, but the friendly guys of PLF said they would protect me so here I am.
I am a quiet person that likes to keep myself to myself, me and my brother Barry, God rest his soul, both lived in the zone now controlled by the UNMC, we have never had any issues collecting salt before, until the UNMC came to the island, every time we try and gather salt now the UNMC keep harassing us and saying we have not paid there "tax", but how can all of a sudden we owe them a tax? we lived there before they did, us Mathews brothers was the 7th generation of our family.
Anyway I digress, we is/was salt miners, lived very close to the salt flats, we have been gathering salt all our lives, then the UNMC came and demanded we pay them, threatening our lives if we didn't, finally one day my brother Barry snapped and refused to pay them, and it was the last thing he did, they tied him to the post on the salt flats and executed him, they tied me up and made me watch as the executed him and blew up his truck, there last words to me was this is what happens when you don't pay.
To me the UNMC seem to be a bunch of criminals, similar to the days of Al Capone, extortion and racketeering, pay us our "tax" aka "protection money", but I never needed any protection until the UNMC came to the island.
no doubt now I will have to go into hiding as the UNMC will be after me, thank god for groups like PLF who are here to help the everyday citizen.

See people of Altis, they openly admit it, look into what the UNMC are saying here is statements from 2 of the generals,
1st one says "Hasta la Victoria Siempre!" which is a tribute to Che Guevara, who used to execute anyone that had beliefs that was counter to his beliefs.
And the 2nd general openly admits to taking money off the people of altis. "i know you guys havent much money left as we keep taking it off you".
People of Altis do not listen to the lies that the UNMC keep putting out, they are here for 1 reason and 1 reason only, and that is to make money, with a total disregard for the wellbeing of the people.

You'd better chose your words carefully. I recall reading a interest form from a certain '"Demon Puppy''. We know where and how to find you. Supporting obvious lies and making bold statements based on those lies is not a good path to walk.
We denounce every accusation toward the UNMC disturbing salt trade or levying taxes and advise the citizens of Altis to see pas this campaign of propaganda. As many times before shown in history, it is those in the wrong who have the need to use propaganda to further their cause. After all, one should ask himself: If those men are telling the truth, would they need propaganda? Would not the people just see things the way they are?
We must not grant value to our enemies lies. We should pinch through them. They call themselves ''the Family''. But aren't we Altians, not all one big family? Do we need these goons who act on no authority but the authority they grant themselves, to tell us the ''truth''?
Think for yourselves, people of Altis, people of the Liberated Territories.

ive openly admitted to taking money of a group of petty criminals who rob steal and murder innocent civillians so of course there money would be better off in my wallet being spent on drink drugs an seedy hotel rooms with a couple of there wives ?
See people of altis, they threaten genuine civilians of altis, with "We know where and how to find you", this is definitely how they are for the people, they are only for the people if the people do as they say, pay what they want and do not get in there way.
Do not be fooled by the lies that come from the leaders of the UNMC, about proaganda, they are the ones that bring propaganda and lies, the people of altis are just bringing the truth to light, letting everyone know what the UNMC is about the truth behind the lies, what you probably did not realise that the first group of the UNMC under codename ‘’Operation Sovereign Island’’ I bet everyone remembers them and the chaos they created, well one of the generals the leader claiming to be for the people, claiming to be against propaganda, he was a member of ‘’Operation Sovereign Island’’ proof is here:

All of UNMC stories are nothing but empty words. They claim to protect the citizens of altis, but we have never seen UNMC help anybody but themselves. Pro La Fam is on the roads every day fighting the corrupt government and keeping the law abiding citizens safe from all the criminals. PLF do not need to write essays about what they would do. All of the citizens can see the result of Pro La Fam every day on the streets. We are recognized every day helping the citizens of altis. Meanwhile UNMC are busy robbing houses and eating pizza. I have yet not seen UNMC helping any civilians. If Pro La Fam sees a civilian in need we come to support them. Pro La Fam is not just empty words unlike UNMC. My brothers and I will keep on keeping the citizens of altis safe from the government and UNMC. Anybody who wishes to support our cause contact us let us unite against these traitorous authors.
