PRNA lands and the police

Me and a friend have had a run in with the police at the checkpoint which we thought the police were not allowed into to arrest us. We were then told that a new law had been introduced stating that the PRNA had been removed from the island and that the police now have control over all of the land. 

Is this law now in place or is it part of a bigger plan to be put into place as I know that changes are happening to the PRNA.

Just to clarify this is not a moan at the officers who arrested us just that there was a lot of confusion to what the law is.

at this present time the unmc land is still under control of the unmc and any police who enter will be treated as hostile, however there are occasions when our checkpoint is unmanned and police get brave and sneak inside

I have lead teams on drug busts of which has entered UNMC, and got to say they weren't expecting 15 officers surrounding them. There are a lot of changes coming to the UNMC some for the better and some for the worst if you ask me. You aren't safe in your little safe haven anymore.
