Heyy ♥ it's been a few days since my ban off the server. I thought id like to give my side of the story as i have not really had a chance to explain.

Explain what went on
In this case as you must have read, Our gang member has arrested and we went to go get him when we followed them in our truck i said "we can't run straight into the PD and shoot its a blue zone" once i had done recon around the building our friend was rping taking a leek in a bush about 7m outside the PD as we had been shot at by the police and they had guns and our friend would soon be put in prison ( we thought) max started shooting at the 3 police officers, (lets keep in mind everyone is outside not in the PD as on the map there is no "area" in blue so only the PD is the bluezone and 7ms outside should be fine? right.) max killed our friend and the police made a break for it max was still shooting they made a run for the PD i took two of them out at 35m range then one got in side we ran in and shot him as he was reloading, so lets break this down the PD is a blue zone and a "safe zone" im pretty sure its in the rules when you are RPing you can't abuse the safe zones so where im standing 3 police were outside the safezone and then when they were shot at they ran into the police station... lets also keep in mind that its a quick thought to take cover in the closet building.
So what im trying to say is we were just RPing and then they made the choice to run and hide in the PD, plus they were all in ts3 and i have been told, the police officer who posted the report on me heard we were "owning" the police force and thought it would be best to spawn and try and kill us http://www.twitch.tv/zinder1987/c/5733669shows him span in run behind me and try and shoot me (but he has to reload first) so max shot him.
I then ran out and down the road and was shot and knocked out and then brought to the PD and insta put in prison not a word of RP was said.
2nd case.
Explanation of the 2nd case.
As you can see in my screenshot my arma3 insta crashed and then i was banned for the 1st case as people forgot to ban me.
My post on not being banned.
I even posted about it was said or done.
The report i was banned for, (extras)
in the report i was banned for this was posted
"[CC] Maximus ban issued
Consider yourself perm banned from this community."
Nothing was said about me at all as i did not shoot the police officer who tried to kill me, max did. (alot of "other stuff" went on.)
I only killed the officer who ran into the police station taking cover in the safe zone so from where im standing i have done nothing wrong.
Extras.
I do wish to carry on my time on this server even tho i was cold and blunt in my unban request i meant no disrespect to anyone ♥
