So I was wondering what runs I should do to get to prestige fast and how many runs roughly will I have to do?

Apples is the shortest and easiest run to do. One prestige level requires 100,000 exp points and one apple is 1 exp point so you will need to sell 100,000 apples. That is 125 runs back and forth in a HEMMT. You can set up tempest devices to gather apples for you which will make things easier.
