Dont know what happened, all i know is that he *most likely* quit to save his gear.

Nope. I just find people exploiting like this a serious matter.

Just here to say that im pretty sure quiting after you die doesnt save your gear here :)

 
And how do you now he even had any gear? 

It did not say ...... was killed by ......

And 'most likely' doesn't proof anything.

I also disconnect sometimes when i die as a fresh spawn and it would generate the same message as you would see here.

 
As a police officer you should know somebody is innocent till proven otherwise, and this does not prove anything.

It does. A stupid fucking friend of mine got banned for it recently, he saif that alt+F4ing did it.

I guess. I am not to decide WHAT happened, i am, however, to decide what i THINK happened and act accordingly. Also; whether or not he was killed BY someone is irrelevant, he quit to save his shit either way. Thats how i see it  :D

If i die by a expolsion or my game glitches out the i die and no one kills me i ALT-F4.. Now if it said so and so was killed by so and so and disconnects that is combat logging, but when it says "so and so was killed" then i don't think its much of a big deal to log off as you really didn't die, it was a glitch or something

 
If you really want to save your gear, wait for a medic
