This is off course a controversy so I ask everyone to be civil in this discussion.

Yesterday at 13 of October 20:30 GMT, Pygros inspector wade got kidnapped by UNMC. As a sergeant I tried to negotiate upon his safe release. However, my fellow group, witch made no aggressive moves in the border, got surrounded while I was negotiating and taken hostage as well. They also took my car and forced me, and my PCSO and CSO to walk away while they took one PC hostage.

So I will ask: is this power gaming?

 
ehm was this still at the checkpoint? cuz we blew up so i dont know how we could be surrounding you?

Anyway, to the point. Bearing in mind that there is a war going on, the rules for a negotiator is that they need to leave the area, it's alright to take as many people hostage as they want, because;
1. They should not get so close when someone is negotiating and keep their distance for the negotiators sake and the hostages sake
2. It ruins RP a bit
3. It is a war so it's Freeland. Go in, buy something and leave with it. Same with Police.
The Police need to keep watch and make sure that they do as the rebels ask. For example:
"All officers need to be at least 1KM away." Do it. "Back away now" Do it. " Get a helicopter and smash it into the ground. Ehhh, maybe not.

I don't think this is PG.

 
@FergussNot really war, it seems that half the police force that doesn't like us arrest us on sight and the others just let us be.

 
Only the negotiator (you) should have been at the checkpoint, the rest of your colleagues should have been at least 1km away but them standing there 50m from us was just too easy.

Just a shame the hostage op after that one the police tried to screw us over and paid dearly for it.

 
@TivroxxI don't see the point in this either, more gunfights, more deaths and more hostages. Wish we could get this back to normal.

ahwell the thing is.. when we do something it is all wrong in the eyes of the police. But when the police does something we just pay em back in taking a hostage or something.... police just cuts all the RP. 

This adds nothing really.... got RDM'd 4 times in 2 days by the police.

Well mate, yes i did played myself after all of the comments comming in my way. Did not relise it was a war on UNMC

 
If you feel that rule breaking has taken place, try and resolve it on teamspeak with member support then move on to a forum report if it fails instead of creating threads on the forums please
