Potential commands being used.

I understand that i should use the template but this isn't completely official.

I was in game and saw this in side chat:

From my understanding of various things when using a "!" in-front of a command it may try to execute it or something like that. 

feel free to delete this if it is nothing, but thought best to flag it up!

To clear things up the line was

Big Mikey: !upt

!upt is a command, which is used on some servers to show the uptime of the server.

And it is called upt because ppl are fudge-ing lazy....

Just a uptime command .... might put it on one day for the lazy people !
