See from what I understood is that there is 1 field in the entire map where once you have some, you go into it and plant it(click on the seed then click use). Then 10 minutes later you get a potato pop up which can be sold for £783,219 at the market and £936,361 at rebel outpost. No but in all seriousness I think it is part of an upcoming update, although potato’s have been on the y menu market thing for a long tome....
