Possible to get better frames?

I'm going to keep this short, I have a fairly decent PC and for a good while it handled Arma fairly well, 50-90 fps on Altis Life at all times but recently I am just getting less frames and even when I have 45 fps it won't feel smooth at all unfortunately. 

Basic Specs are as follows:

i5 4690k

GTX 960 4gb

MSI z97-gd65 Mobo

120gb Kingston SSD - Arma, Battlefield and Windows

1TB WD Blue - Other shizz and video's

Is it possible for me to just fix my bloody frames and stay on good graphics settings cos my game used to like sexy with good frames, now it looks okay with okay frames. Please help

I updated my GPU drivers yesterday and I'm getting double the frames I used to get.

Just a couple of questions

1. How much space you got left on your drives ?
   
2. Where is arma installed ?
   
3. are you using a page file ?
   
4. as Benny stated above are you running the latest drivers 
   
5. when did you notice the frame rate dropping was it a gradual decline or one day to the next 
   
6. what have you tried so far to boost your frame rates?

Noticed my frame rate dropping for a while, did what Benny did and it worked a charm.
