Possible to change on vehicles?

I was wondering is it possible to change the weight/speed on the vehicles, or does it require a mod?

i mean like the SUV could use some more weight, it tilt like a fisherboat in a storm if you turn around a corner with 30 km/h

and maybe increase the acceleration on certain vehicles (offroad) since it is so god damn slow to get up in speed

I believe changing the weight of the SUV has been tested by Ciaran although the vehicle had one of two issues, it only moved slowly or it blew up when it tapped into anything.

The SUV is so nice to handle, then you hit a corner and it decides it likes doing multiple rollovers untill it kills you...
