As whole yesterday I pushed out 2 question on how people feel of the RP has been recently

has the roleplay got better or worse in the past month?

7 of 88 people voted its got better

25 of 88 people say it's slightly better 

18 of 88 people say it is slightly worse

29 of 88 people say it's down the drain 

9 of 88 people say there has not been a change 

so after reading the comments on my poll I have come to a conclusion the main points are to be taken that newer police officers should be patrolling with higher ranks till the superior officer is happy with their roleplay style. and if you feel the has been a misjustice of roleplay by the police you should go to the PCC or a si plus. but as well please as a civilian try to feed them original roleplay not just the overused ones as well record the roleplay and try to fix it with the officers in question before going to PCC

What would make roleplay better?

38 of 88 people say more roleplaying jobs would be better 

4 of 88 people say more green zones

6 of 88 people would prefer to do what they have given as an idea

14 of 88 people say a blue zone for rebels/gangs 

26 of 88 people don't know 

so what has really shocked me is the staggering percent of people don't know what could improve the community it could be there satisfied with it or just don't know so once I'm back I will try to speak with @Friendlyfireguy about roleplay ideas I have and ones put forward by the community so we can make rpuk great again but on a side note I would love to see more ideas put forward.

And before coming here to shit post about the police experience you have had I want positive feedback and no negative because it's just wasting your time if you feel like you have nothing good to say just leave the page

 
I know there are some officers who don't really fit in the police. Most of the time those are cso's or pcso's. I think there should be some rule that on the first or first 2 patrols you have to patrol with a specified member. (academy member, maybe even a new thing police can apply for((like marine trainer)). They will look at the person and see how they are performing. They will give feedback and then a command member decides based on that feedback if the person can continue his training.

You know that en order to pass your training you have to do: 1 application, 1 interview, 2 over tests and a Practical Assessment. Only to get PC.

Yeah I know. But I mean before you can continue your training you have to do this. It's like 1: interview 2: cso test 3: those patrols 4: FTT 5:pA

These don't show your true self, your going to act way more mature when you know 100% that someone is watching you and scoring you then when your in the streets with friends patrolling. I have been a SPC so I know how people act around high ranks. Anyone could pass the test to become PC but what they do after is up to them, some people aren't fit for the police, they use harsh attitudes towards civilians and they break police rules which makes the civilian experience worse. Why RP with cops when they never accept your story? I have made 5+ official legit RP documents but they all get denied so I will never create one again as shooting a bullet is more efficient then creating a legit RP document. The RP should be 100% top quality from every member in this community but it seems that people give no effort at all. It should be a real RP document should at least get some quality RP feedback rather then saying its forged etc and sending you to jail. As an SPC I always accepted a quality RP story because this is a RP community, not a WIN EVERYDAY AS A COP server. In my opinion cops need to start accepting more RP stories and stop trying to send everyone to jail and give tickets because as a cop its not about winning, its about providing a quality RP experience with civilians. I also believe that civilians should stop shooting cops and provide more RP documents/stories. Everyone needs to contribute here, not just some of us.

but my question is is this state rp bank have got to they stop people attempting them because we as a police force refuse to rp or the civ refuse to rp if that the state wherein then what can we do as a community someone who some of the best rp bank op papers I have ever seen @Madmatt150 what's your opinion of rp during a rp bank op

 
I'm not sure using Madmatts the best idea his part of the police now and he went to the PCC when he didn't get enough gold. Try @Hoaxhe does great rp bank ops

@PC JammalCammal Thank you for doing this research, i do not know were this leads or what it will bring in the future bad atleast we all have something to think about. 

I hope you and Friendlyfireguy can work something out and make some awsome changes, they dont even need to be big or maby not even a chance at all. they idea helps already.

Well @PC JammalCammalit seems you didn't like my previous post and i agree it was not the best post so i hope this post is less shit.

So firstly I think taking out the redzone is not going to help roleplay as I think the redzone is a good place for big gangs who may not be producing the best roleplay and want to put there MK-1s and expensive gear to the test as they can do this in the redzone without having to ruin roleplay by shooting some hobo mining cooper.

So my first suggestion to improve roleplay is to add @Khaanidea of gang bases with wanted systems.



What I suggest is a rebel shop out of the redzone with a stock system as I think this could create some roleplay with people controling the outpost and selling gats for higher prices.

 
@jamzio1234i would like to say i do agree with @Khaan idea it would lead to more roleplay within the whole of things but on the topic of gun store i would say implement a black market in gang bases where players from that gang can list the gats that they don't want or using the hemmet ammo etc could be used to resupply ammunition to the store giving a role for those truck that have no use in the server a role as well using the dp missons a re skin overall such as make it an eddie stobart kind of theme for delivery
