I recently left the police as a yr about 3 weeks ago and I and now I decided I want to join back and try again do I have to go through all the stages again please help ??

As you left at your own will I do believe you have to go through the young recruit stage again. 

But it's not much to do and feel free to contact me on teamspeak for a patrol. I'll happily to take you out and give you feedback.

Just go speak to someone part of the academy they will give the guidance you need!
