Police Vehicle Database and Vehicle Reg Check is Broken

After the latest update these 2 buttons don't do anything. Not posting a console screenshot as nothing shows up in the console when clicking the buttons.

Whoops, Probably a typo on my end when I added the ability to do it from vehicles.

Will sort this ASAP.
