Police V Rebel Maybe a meeting will solve

Hello guys everyone i want to suggest a meeting between police and rebel groups. All rebels and available officers will join in and we will discuss about the current situation. Because all i see on the forums is rebels are not RPing rebels have snipers remove their weapons or cops are meta-gaming cops are power-gaming blah blah blah... This is a mature and serious RP community and if we dont group up and share our opinions this will only go worse. We should have all persons there and discuss while everyone mutes their mic other then CI and above for cops and leaders of the gangs. If an admin or any mentor reads this please schedule a meeting with a time and date because if we dont do this it will only get worse... Its just police vs rebels now and were all trying to have fun and were all friends after all please...

 
One was held not too long ago.



Didn't pay much attention so i'm uninformed about whether it was a success or not, you'll have to ask @SGT Ross about that.

Already been tried in the past, turned into a bitch fight and nothing got worked out :S

 
Well, a rebel would say something like "police are power gaming too much" and then the police in the channel would start saying something like "Rebels have no RP all they do is run around looking for kills".

It's a never ending game of pass the blame and it doesn't work.

Unless you got leaders of each gang talking to the high command of the police (SI or above)

....But even then it would end in nothing being done because rebels wont accept police demands and police wont accept rebel demands.

Exactly, at the moment I feel it is really demotivating to play. This whole Police vs Rebels thing which is going on at the moment needs to be sorted.

I think the whole "I like to win" mentally has gone up on both sides, which isn't going to help...

 
I believe this will be more balanced out when a 3rd party white listed faction comes into play, it will give the rebels something else to do other than hunt down police..

and it will take pressure of the police so they can start enjoying patrolling again. 

 
Yes this already has been done and didn't changed much and the same question were asked but in different words if you get me. I'd be more than happy to try another one because you know we could get closer as a community <3 xx

Well this is really fairly true. When we had UNMC we always fought with UNMC and they always fought with us. However my word stands lets all go in a room and solve our problems. But as i said only CI and above will have talk power and only gang leaders. This way it could work. That being said can you hold a meeting perhaps Shadow?

 
It has happened multiple times since I have been around, never works, if and higher ranked rebels ever want to chat you know where I am, but other than that no meeting, it doesnt end well

 
As Edgar said I organised one a while ago. Despite all the negative comments it worked rather well to be honest. It let us understand questions and concerns although poor roleplay will always be around
