Police took my weapon after a shooutout (Refused)

What was lost: my gun (4-five .45) and my gun license

 

Value of item/ lost: 85k 

Quick description of what happened:

Me and my friend was going to sell our diamounds at the jewelery shop in kavala and when we went in to the store there was a man pointing at us with a gun so me and my mate pulled out our guns and killed him. When the police came they restrained me and resurected the other guy and restrained him too. 

When we came to the police HQ i had to drop my gun cause it was used to kill a man.

they never gave my a reason for taking my gun license

OK, the gun was taken into evidence as it was used to kill someone it is very simple, whether or not you killed someone legally you still killed a person and your gun goes into evidence sorry buddy.

(I was not there and was not involved just letting you know why)

If you killed someone with it of course the police are going to take it away. Would they let someone with a gun who just killed someone run free?

 
so everytime i shoot someone to protect my self i loose my gun 
meaning that i lose 35k because i dident want to die 
 
so killing a dude illigal and killing a dude legaly is the same shit(other that the 30min jail that i anyways have to use to get 35k) 

then i know that next time i will run away at once instead of waitng for the police and help them

Inform the cops of your situation and they may let you keep it. 

 
I told the police and asked if there was any way at all that i could get it back and he just replied "no sorry there is no way you can get your weapon back"  

and i now see that they took my gun license so thats 50k lost for protecting myself

I understand that they have to take the gun away with that i actually killed a man but there should be a way i could get my gun and gun license back cause it's to stupid that i should lose 85k just because i wanted to live

lol we cannot take your gun license only going to jail does that

 
Killing the person in the first place removes your gun licence... If I had the power to take peoples gun licences away(Driving licences too for that matter) It'd bring a whole new level to policing... You didn't get fined, you didn't go to prison... I don't see a problem here 

 
Is it only cops that can put a bounty on me or can anyone do that cause i got a bounty for 50k for killing that man. After i Was done talking with the police and he said everything Was ok

So thats where i lost my lisence then

Refused... if you kill someone and get caught then your gun will be removed... also when sent to prison it will remove your gun licence.
