Police Suggestions Process

Can someone explain to me the process of a Police suggestion compared to a regular suggestion? Do Police command approve a suggestion before it gets sent through to the suggestions forum or straight to the devs?

Police Command have to approve any suggestions about the police. If they approve it, then it gets sent to the devs for further approval (same as suggestion forums).

What’s the need for police suggestions to be hidden from the rest of the server?

Police Command approve or deny, A suggestion it then gets sent to Developers/Management for final approval or denial, If it going to be something that effects the larger playerbase such as an addition of a feature that will be used against rebels etc it may be moved to Suggestions after command approval to get opinions from the rest of the players.

What’s the need for police suggestions to be hidden from the rest of the server? 

Anything that would drastically effect the rest of the playerbase may be moved to the Suggestions fourm section after command approval by developers.
