When it comes to cars/trucks it's if it's got drugs/been in a gun fight aginst cops speeding over 80. Dangerous driving or been used in a major crime lile HM's etc
When it comes to helis it's mostly the same thing with drugs involved with major crimes/fights and if it's landed somewhere it shouldn't like in Kavala or any other town.
I'm sure some other people can fill in if I missed anything
