Police RP 100% arrest probability

Hmm having some thought about police RP. If I have done something wrong then it doesent mather how much I roleplay but the police always have some excuse to check me and in the end have a reason to arrest me if Im interacting with them.

I mean if I have done a crime and is then interacting with the police by some reason then it doesent mather how much I try to roleplay myself out of it. It always ends with me being arrested. No mather what I say they have some excuse to check me.

I usually play with a friend and we usually stop for the police but we have now agreed to always try to run from the police now because if we are stopped we always end up arrested no matter what we say.

The latest example I remember, and I guess everyone will tell me how wrong I am but anyway and maybe it is not a good example, is:

My friend drives his car with me in the passager seat. Police stops us for gods know what (sees my friends name on radar and check wanted list) and then my friends goes out and the police insist that I should go out as well, why should I go out I was just a passanger? Its not like my firend is wanted for murder.

He checks my friend and finds out he is wanted for car theft, no problemo.

But then he asks for my name and I answer with a fake name. And already here Im skrewed because the cop will do whatever it takes to get me as he knows Im lying IRL but in game he shouldnt know that.

So he asks my name and I lie and he knows it IRL. Then he wants to see my license, I say I dont have any and aska why he should check my license anyway I have nothing to do with this Im just a passanger and I have no affiliates with the drivers crimes.

Routine check is the explanation and he checks me.

My license sais my real name, I try to RP out of it over and over and then he takes fingerprints to verify it etc etc and Im arrested aswell.

Maybe a bad example but the thing is if we get stopped and have done something illegal there is no way one or both of us is getting away. The police will always have reason upon reason to get to what they want. So when it is a 100% arrest chance then why even stop? We know whats gonna happen and cant RP out of it so now we will flee.

Suggestion:

One problem is that if you do a crime then you are on the wanted list with 100% probability. It should be a certain probabaility to get that specific crime event on the record. If a criminal is arrested in real life they maybe have done 10 criminal acts but is arrested for 1, the others where there is no eye witnesses or evidence you cant be arrested for. So a 100% record of everything you do is not realistic.

Maybe not possible to do this probability thing in the game but maybe the cops should only be allowed to stop you and be able to see your crimes if your wanted amount is above a certain amount? I dont know but I guess the wanted amount gets higher with each crime?

So if you have robbed one person and shop chop one car your wanted sum should get under the police arrest threshold so if they check your license plates and say you are wanted for under, lets say 20k is the threshold, then those crimes should not be counted if youre not taken in action doing them.

So you have a chance not to be arrested even if you have done some small crimes and not as it is now a 100% arrest probability if they check you.

They should be fining you. If you refuse three times then you go to jail. If you don't like it I advise fleeing,initiating RP allowing you to kill them or running with a gang who can "solve" your police problems or break you out of jail.

Yes but as soon as they see Im wanted they restrain you and then go through the procedure to get my name and get me arrested. They are very fast in restraining you even if you comply to what they say. So if my friend had done the crime and he is restrained Im I then allowed to shoot the cop if I had done crimes?

If I take out the gun and say something the cop will shoot me. IRL you take out the gun and shoot without him being able to react to the threat. It would be something else if they did not have their guns in their hands all time.

And if I tell them I they are not allowed to search me they just say its a routine check and they are allowed. Its not that Im innocent its that if I have done something there is no chance of getting away in a conversation with the cops.

With correct RP you could wiggle out of things, if they are minor crimes. Things like manslaughter of drug trafficking however leave little room for wiggle since something like this would be well known, and probably all over the (imaginary) news.

If it's only a minor crime you're wanted for and if it's a CSO or PCSO they probably will just follow the wanted list and not let you wiggle out of since they are still learning, still training and probably, more importantly, trying to impress their senior officers. Giving CSO's and PCSO's a break is worthwhile for the reasons I've already mentioned.

They do (or used to at least) have a policy that if you are the passanger of a car you receive 50% of the fine that the driver receives. Whether this is still in effect, I have no idea to be honest, so this may be unreliable information .
