Police RDM or not?

Hello, so i went from the LSD Processing to the drug dealer little out side of kavala now, i came there, saw 3cops dead. I got out, picked up a police his gun and another police said put you're hands up, when he said that i instandly got shot. When i spoke to the gentlemen he said it wasen't RDM because there was a gunfight going on but well i couldn't know that.

PS I'm just asking this, not gonna report him in anyway because this was just bad communication i think.

 
He probably thought you where the one who killed him, as you walked to his body and picked up his gun, while you had your gun out.

 
To be honest you could have just shown this to a mentor and they would have given their verdict ( better than random community members I guess )

Yes it was RDM. He shot the same second he initated. I suggest you tell him not to do that again or he would find himself banned if this happened to a rebel that's not in the festive mood like you.

However, police helicopter, dead cops, sounds of movement around. It could have been prevented if you hadn't of stopped and most definitely if you hadn't of picked up the fire arm. I am not defending him, however if a rebel drives up right after a gunfight and picks up a big gun, he has reason to believe you are an associate of the person that has just killed his colleague. Maybe he didn't see you drive up and thought you was another rebel trying to kill him, who knows.

I remember a long time ago some guy called Endrogen got banned for the exact same thing. So yea, pretty sure it is RDM.

And yeah like you said it was RDM but proberly not ment to be RDM, just bad timing and bad communication(at least i hope so) + I know i should have went to a mentor but it's christmas and i had to go to my family so that's why i put it in here.

Btw when do i see you again in Altis? i loved you as a cop !

 
i personally dont think this rdm as you have an illegal firearm in an active gunfight it seems like he assumed you where about to shoot him as you looked up with your pistol slightly cops have to value there life and split decisions have to be made but this is my opinion
