im just wondering whats the cops ranks and in what order are they.

DSGT - Desk Sergeant

CI - Chieft Inspector

SI - Super Intendent

CSI - Chief Super Intendent

The minimum rank a police officer needs to be is a PC or higher in order to be taken hostage! Taking a CSO/PCSO hostage is a bannable offense however, as they are still in training and the hostagetaking is against rule 9.1.7

When the rules change, you read the changes? That is pretty simple. I hope that is what everyone does..
