Do the police currently use any of the IC Codes when giving a detailed description of a suspect?

No, because we don't anymore.

Yes, because we did when Sierra Oscar was around.

People can feel free to use them.. however most officers won't understand and won't be required to understand them.

Some officers still give IC Codes when chasing someone, I'd like to see them used more often because I've had plenty of mistakes happen when being told 'rubber the guy in green.'

Most rebels wear masks or stealth helmets w/ goggles and most outfits, even some civ ones have gloves etc.. so people are pretty much totally covered. Could work for the few people that don't wear that, but it wouldn't really be worth it

They have never been used in game since most officers don't know them. But for your FA you need to know them.

They are encouraged to be used during the FA and there is a question about it but you wont fail if you dont know them. There is a section for things like that on the FA but its focused more on legislation. @YoCo
