Police on reports/complaints

Please enforce the rules about comenting on someone's report/complaint. I dont know if its only me,but it bothers the **** out of me when the report has 2 pages and 85% are from cops that arent even involed in any way. 

God help if a high ranking cop gets a complaint,there is a whole blueberry army on that thread defending him when it doesnt even concern them. I know cops arent the only ones doing it,but they are the most common one.
