Police NLR During Chases

Vaffla

Professional Troll
So we had this situation today which I decided to err on the side of caution. So myself and my colleague had been gunned down in Kavala next to the garage, so we decided to spawn at the NPAS HQ to stay clear of the zone. Shortly after this, we were on patrol and tried to pull over a HEMTT Boxed as the guy was wanted for multiple counts of cop-killing (not the same guy who killed us to clarify). The chase was going on and was headed straight for Kavala with no unit available to assist and intercept due to another operation going on.

In this situation, as we approached the 1KM zone still within NLR, we decided to pull out and justified it in role play as attending to the active operation which takes priority and we could leave the murder for the detectives to investigate. But is this the correct course of action, or during a chase is there any exemption to the rule on NLR? Again as I see no rule exeption for chases I am assuming NLR would therefore take priority, but a clause for police to continue chases, just like we do into green and blue zones, or a more experienced voice to chime in and guide on this, would be appreciated.

its simple to be honest same goes for rebels, NLR is NLR, you did the right thing

Thankyou for the clarification, as said I was just trying to be sure and avoid any problems.

You did good man,Rules should always take priority over making a bust or something similiar he wont get away for ever. lol

Unless its stated in the rules, there is any exception:) You did the right thing! What i usally try to do, is divert them if it looks like they are going to an NLR zone!
