Does the police force of Altis carry name plates on their chest?

If they do, it would be possible to know the name of the officer without asking, as long as you held a conversation standing infront of the officer.

I've always gone with no we don't as per this picture of the Welsh police who wear very similar (at a distance) uniforms to us.

Edit: Anyway, there is no situation that I can think of where an officer would have reason to withhold his/her name, just ask us!
