Earlier today we ran a fingerprint through the forensics system earlier today and came across this result:



After getting the citizen ID but no name we then ran the persons fingerprints downstairs at Mission Row where the target was not on the system. We then disregarded the result as it is obviously a bug.

Excellent news! This has now been fixed by the development team and will be released in a future server update.
