Police chase = Ban?

I was running away from the police in a HEMTT after being spotted by police at drug store. I was then chased through kavala then onto an open road. Were I was repeatedly hit by police vics. When the police Hit me they span out and hit a wall. I did not drive into anyone. The a police car drove into an innocent off road. I did not hit anyone, they span out when they hit ME! Then I was banned. Please respond soon as I have really enjoy playing on your server.
