Police Application Age [Community Poll]

Hello all ! I understand that this can be a very touchy topic however, I'm and I know a few friends are intrigued to see what the community thinks should be the minimum police age requirement.

Feel free to leave your thoughts below and I don't want this topic to turn into a war zone. I just want to know what the community thinks and what there ideas are. Please don't fight with each other, but value each others opinions.

EDIT: Poll updated + We as a community know that the age has been in my opinion rightfully changed to 16+ and I accept that. This poll is about the communities opinion - not trying to get the age changed again.

It was lowered to 16+ around 2 days ago from 18+

I did originally want to have it so anyone under 16 would have additional questions in the interview, and a longer period as a CSO. However this was declined due to the time it already takes to conduct interviews and training, let alone adding more into it. Poor PTO's.

I guess its just one of those things, some jobs just cant been filled by some kinds of people. And it always boils down to time, and what there voice and how they would act in the server. I do feel we would decline more under 16's than we would let in and in that case is it time yet to use additional time finding the ones you would let in?

Besides being in game with a less than mature sounding voice will only make rebels want to kill you more.

You poor younglings would get slaughtered and we would have to clean up with road sweepers after you.

We have been over this multiple times and the rules have been set for once can we please just accept them without question and carry on doing what we do. Would much appreciate it.

Listen up. The force is only accepting people of 16+.

So a poll isnt going to work. The rule is 16+. And it stays 16+
