Its a no from me, Yes there are some mature 15 year old's but the majority just want to be in the police for status and the moment things get boring that gun and using it gets more interesting.

Source: Past experience of some people under the age of 18 in the police force  :unsure:

 
as you said not all are immature could you maybe offer them a ride along prehaps to try and prove that they can cope and not mess around...

 
certainly not i wud never take a 15 year old with a voice like a mouse seriously if he tried to question me ect
