What was lost: HEMTT BOX (had just pooled all money from me and 2 friends to afford it)

Quick description of what happened:

Me and my friends had just used our combined money to buy the big HEMTT box truck, so naturally we wanted to go and use it so we set off to do some drug runs, we went to the weed farm and then over to the weed processing, shortly after arriving there was a huge police raid with police coming from all sides. In that situation who in there right mind would surrender? Hence a shootout followed which was pretty fun, I took down a cop and then I was killed, it was quite funny. 

You would assume that's the point of the game? To do drug runs and if you get raided by police, a shootout follows, all fun and games right? At the end your truck gets impounded?

No instead after the shootout the police SCRAP my new 550000 truck, which destroyed my bank, leaving me back at square one. I ask where's the fun in the game if you have a shootout with police and in return they basically reset your game? The game would be boring AF if you always surrendered to the police and you went to jail. Where's the fun? Instead the police abuse their powers constantly and give no sh*ts about what they take away from you, for them it's one click of a button, for me it's days of grinding for money to be able to afford another one.

Please post video evidence/screenshots here: I can screenshot every moment in altis life, the police are always abusing their powers, me and my friends don't plan to return to this server because what should have been a fun shootout, completely ruined our gaming experience.

Thanks for reading. Idk if this is the right place to post this but I just needed to voice my disappointment with this server.

I think you should go to the police complaint commission. And they wont compensate your money because this is how things work. If you kill a cop or possess drugs in your car it will be scrapped. And theres nothing to complain about in my opinion aswell. Theyre doing their jobs. This is not abusing powers at all. Sorry mate but this thing i dont know if its a comp request report or a complaint but its non sense for real.

Anyone who valued their life or cared for roleplay? If you were heavily outnumbered who in their right mind would shoot back?

No, the point of Altis Life is to roleplay. Of course the risk of drug runs and shootouts are a large part of the game, this is not the sole purpose. You can't expect to be able to do a drug run and no matter what happens you can just start again with your drugs? In real life, the cops aren't just going to impound your vehicle especially if you died after trying to kill cops.

I like this one. You're basically suggesting that there is no point surrendering as you will always go to jail? This will only be the case if you provide minimal roleplay / try and kill the police. 90% of the police are not here to shoot you and play to get you arrested we want roleplay and to help everyone enjoy their experience. Police chases are great fun and so are shootouts, it's not so fun when a potential roleplay scenario is ruined by a trigger finger.

It isn't unheard of that police abuse their powers but it's very rare. Sure, it's easy for us to remove your illegal weapons but we still have to catch you, defeat you and prove it's you who have committed the crimes. It's your job to make us think otherwise, make us believe you are not the criminal and I promise that you will be rewarded for it.

Idk if this is the right place to post this but I just needed to voice my disappointment with this server.

This server prides itself in the high level of roleplay provided by the community. Roleplay isn't something that everyone enjoys which is absolutely fine but if you're here to shoot and kill, it might be best reconsidering the server you choose to play on.

I have played as police, rebel, NHS and civilian over my time on the server so I promise you I understand your point of view. Rebels have lots to lose which is why it's so important you do what you can do keep what you have earned. Sometimes that means shooting and sometimes that means roleplaying, whatever fits the scenario. If you're outnumbered by police and you shoot back of course your vehicle will be scrapped, in that scenario you put your hands up and prepare a roleplay story. Any police officer who deserves his badge will go along with it all the way as long as it makes some sort of sense. 

I doubt you will get compensation for this as it happens all the time and how you explained it proves that the police did nothing wrong. Thank you for reading through this; I am very sorry that you did not enjoy your experience.
