The amount of time you spend in the tower is entirely down to the person at hand putting you in, for something  like that we probably wouldn’t put you in the tower unless you refused to pay a fine or have been caught multiple times without having one.  If we do put you in the tower it will usually be between 5-15 mins with 15 being the max possible.

tbf, He did not lie. The person goes to the prison for as longe as the cartel member pleases him/her.

we all know thats is bollocks. you cant lock up a person for a hr or longer. as a police the maximum we can send to prison is for 45 minuts. with gold command permission. 
so there is def a limit for it

I was in the for 15 mins for not have a pass

Obviously there is a limit ours is 15 for all members, but I can put whoever I want in for 'as long as I please'
