PMC Gang

I'm making a Private Military based gang and i have had this in mind for some time now, and I'm ready to make a start! But I still have some unanswered questions, maybe you can help me answer them.

1. Could I make a contract with the police force to arm the PMC's? (Weapons/Ammo/Gear etc..)

2. Do you think It would be classed as a gang or a service?

3. How much money would be a reasonable amount to be paid in order for protection etc..

4. Would you join the gang?

1. More than likely not (search 'AEGIS debate')

2. A gang due to illegal firearms.

3. None. Or a simple percentage (5-10% of the average runs earnings+ 5-10% of that total in danger money)
