Description of what happened: I see this armed offroad driving around on the airfield. I run up to them (Unarmed) curious on whats going on. 4-5-6 guys jumps out starting swearing +++. One guy  tells me to stay away from he's vehicle and knocks me out, same guy told me to shut my mouth or he would killed me, when Im consious again, I try to run away (Since he told me to get away from he's offroad) and he shoots me in the back.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?:
- We will ban people for bullying, racial hatred or just being a complete idiot towards other members.
- if you don't agree with someone or something someone has said then disagree in a adult manner rather than shitty comments or trying to start a flame war.
 
Ban if no role-play, Remember this is a serious roleplay community therefore shooting people on sight with no roleplay is RDM, engage in roleplay at all times.

Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes. Tried to talk with him on ts, being the same **** as ingame. Saying he told me to stop moving or he would shoot (Not from my video???).

Alright. first of all. it wasnt the same guy who told you all that. 1 guy said to stay away from his car, another guy knocked you out, and i told you to not say a word. 

Secondly when you are being held up you dont try to run for it beacuse stuff like this happens. 

and you make this report completely against me like if i said all of that when its clearly seen in the video that i am the last one out of the car to talk to you. i am sorry that you feel that we failed RP but when you dont give it time but try to run away as fast as you have the chance to its not giving us a chance to try and sort out the situation.

I am sorry if you missunderstood my intentions, sometimes my mic is not saying everything in game that i do actually say. I did tell you to stand still and dont run. 
 
I understand that this can seem as Fail RP and i admit that it did start off pretty badly from all of us who was there and held you up, but we didnt get to have a chance to be able to make it right.
I am very sorry that this happened and i am personally apologising on behalf of all PLF members who was there.
i hope that we can get along better in the future.

I'm James Jameson. I find it hilarious that your friend who very clearly said in the video 'I'm shooting' tried to cry RDM over side chat after I killed him, attempting to deny he shot at us. Furthermore, I'm not exactly surprised that you couldn't hear Wolfe in game with your teamspeak being so loud. I could barely hear myself when those guys were talking over the situation. I was the guy who got out of the car shouting, not Wolfe so if you want to report someone for rule 0 go right ahead but I didn't realise throwing around the word fucking was all that awful. Apologies for my shit roleplay, as that wasn't acceptable and it also won't be happening again. Plus, how do expect to resolve something out of game when you call the guy a cunt, pretty sure that's just being plain abusive and breaking rule 0 yourself.
