I don't remember the exact time, but it was on the 07/11/14
Description of what happened:
Me and my pal went to the processing and see if we could hold anyone up, but as we got closer there was a guy there already with his hands up, by this time someone was shouting at me and ended up kiling me with no role play

I am sorry if I am wrong but if you are in a gang area with a gun I think you can be killed. But that role-play from them was not the best...

I'm not sure about anyone else but I could hear a clear 'Get down on the ground' now the heli blades were still powering down so in the confusion you may not have. You had a weapon out and were running towards people you don't know. I view that as an extreme lack of patience by Rogain, but not RDM. He would be taking a risk by letting you continue to run.

Will be dealing with this when I get home, if this does turn out to be an actual account of Random Death Match then compensation will be paid to you in full and the member mentioned may be removed from the gang. Would appreciate it if no member of PLF comment here until reviewed by a leader.

This issue has been resolved and both sides have come to agreement. 

For those who aren't aware, ordered were shouted however they're not audible on the video and I feel this would still be considered RDM. A warning has been issued to Rogain and I personally gave him a bollocking for being such a fool, advising him next time to be absolutely sure that he can hear the command clearly and give him time to comply. 

I discussed the issue with Jack today and compensation has been paid. I'm once more happy to see cases be resolved prior to admin action.
