Description of what happened: So I was landing my chopper, to look for a new house and I randomly get shoot by mrpat
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes, he said he didn't RDM

Well my house was being robbed and u tried to land on my house? Pretty Obvious it was you who was robbing my house and coming back for more.. I made a few warning shots and waited for you to leave, You didn't, so i fired more warning shots, you still didn't go away so i shoot towards the chopper. No RDM cuz i gave u alot of time to go away. When ur being shot at why stay?

Can't really call it a RDM either because i didn't kill you.

 
After u and ur gang landed at my house u robbed the rest of my house, So sure you were looking for a house good excuse though

 
Just got robbed for 150 coke and some guns, and i see a chopper trying to land on my roof!? I first shoot warning shots twice, maybe next time listen to them.

Yes, I got RDM'ed that why I metagammed, how did you know I was robbing the PLF neighbourhood?

Btw you should not contribute for the ban request since you are not involved

Dante, are you reporting yourself now? 
Clearly the shots is warning, which mean you are not supposed to land there - kinda obvious ( You even said it's PLF neighborhood, so they have obvious reasons to shoot you, so you don't land) I am playing as a medic a lot, so i know how warning shoots work. 
He can't write to you not to land, since he doesn't know your name (metagaming, like you did right there), so he shoot instead.

RDM = Random Death Match. Nobody died. Yet, if you would end up dying after he shoot at you first time, and you choose to ignore that, and proceed to land there, it's only your fault, since you choose to ignore the shoots. 

Screaming "RDM" in all chat is also, against the rules and you were aware of that, yet you did it anyways. 

I hope Admins end up banning you, instead. You broke the rules, you made a stupid report and i think people like you, destroy this server: Crying about everything, reporting for no reason(flood the forums unnecessary), and breaking the rules yourself; crying in Side Chat right after you get shoot instead of just fly away and metagaming after.

Admin, Dante broke the rules, please do something about it. You got all evidence you need.

Please do not reply to my post, since i just stated the facts in the evidence video.

Was there any attempt to shout up... any attempt to let them land and speak and RP.... i dont think there was

Putting this down to fail RP, second report of MrPat today so he will be spectated at random times over the next few days/weeks
