Time & Date this happened: 9:00pm EST / 2am ish UK
 
Description of what happened: Well Altis Cartel was having a bit of a small firefight in the redzone PLF territory.  Of course everyone likes a good firefight, so PinkStride or whatever they are called joined in, along with LRG and UNMC. It was all fun and games untill Make it rain killed PLF Kristian. PLF kristian then disconnected straight away. 
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Negative.

(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence)

How can you respawn in a matter of 2 seconds? 30 seconds is when you can respawn

What are you going on about scoper on the hospital? You shot a hobo who had binoculars in a green zone. I haven't had any conatct with the guy, I don't need a 'scoper'. Furthermore, even if he was a 'scoper' then you still had no right to shoot an unarmed man in a greenzone with zero rp. Plus, this thread is unrelated to that issue.

Not sure I even understood this.
To the thread in general, this report is currently being reviewed by myself. I apologise on behalf of PLF and assure you it will be resolved immediately.

 
Thats something i disagree right there. an admin of a gang totally shouldnt be. that needs to reviewed about giving admin away to fellow gangs ok maybe police force admins and UNMC but fellow gangs i can see some abuse.

I don't mean it like that, you plonker.
I won't saying yes or no, that is entirely up to the server admins.

I am an In game Admin. I deal with everything in game..

What it means, is that we will be posting an official statement shortly as to why on earth Kristian did this and what actually went on.

You really should pay attention. What I was perhaps thinking, if Kristian apologises completely, records himself spawning, dropping all of his items into a vehicle inventory and then storing the vehicle again, followed by a sincere apology.

This would obviously allow him to start as a fresh character as if he would after being killed, however as I stated... The server admins will see fit as to what punishment is carried out.

So I probably need to take this from the beginning, all the way just so i can get all of what happened in one post.

So the Altis Cartel started attacking the PLF base late at night when there was only a few people on, which was fine. We (the PLF that was still on) defended ourselves to the best of our ability, and we managed to keep the AC out of the base just fine. There was a full on standoff for a long time where we were fortified enough  to the point where AC couldnt get in without being killed. We had like spikestrips for the Ifrits and shit. As I said; we did just fine UNTIL the people called Pink Minions (?) landed their helicopter inside our base, and had like 5 people hop out and attack us from the inside, which was a cool move. At that point I got killed by a person called Barry or something. Fuck. So sat in the respawn screen for 15 minutes until my NLR had run out. When I spawn back in its dark as fuck and i have no NV, so i run around the base all willy nilly trying to find the vendor, and while running around i get shot and killed. I got killed before i got to a vendor, before i picked up anything and before I could do anything. I figured it was time for me to hop off, as it was getting late, and I had been up for 20 hours, so I alt+F4'd for convenience.
Yes. That is a combatlog, but i didnt think it would matter since i just had my hoboclothes on and LITERALLY nothing else. I just got on the server 2 minutes ago and i still have my hoboclothes on. I actually dont have any evidence for this claim, but there might be something in the logs or something.
I'll be hopping off the server until this is resolved, whether it ends in my ban or me being forgiven.

Well tbh fair enough if you had nothing on you mate i believe if you legitimately didn't have anything on you fair enough i wouldn't really class that as a combat log.

Yeah man. I admit it was a combat log but i figured it wouldnt matter at all sibce i had nothing on me :C I do apologise.

 
Yeah I agree with Matt. I'll move to have this post closed/taking down with you not being banned or action taken. I didn't wanna post it on the forums but your higher ups weren't on ts. Just wanted it brought to someone's attention

Pretty sure we can look over this then, it was late at the time (past midnight) because I had to leave the pink minions before this happened, and I left at midnight. It'd be pretty unfair to ban him, he had no gear on him whatsoever, and most of the cops do this if we get killed and want to hop off at like stupid o'clock in the morning anyway :/ (example bank raid)

For future reference, if you ever need to talk to someone about any PLF members, simply message me and we can arrange a Team speak meeting or something. Appreciate your response.

 
Rejected > Reason(I was there he had nothing on him therefore it had no benefit. Gave a full and honest description.  He did not come back after. BUT take this as a warning alt f4 is not the solution to go to bed just wait 30 more seconds  ) > Date 23/11/14
